Vince Gaimari
Gaimari Gaming Group is owned and operated by Vince Gaimari, a 40+ year veteran of the casino industry. In every aspect, Vince is a well-seasoned casino Executive, from Credit Executive, Table Games Dealer, Pit Boss to Vice President, Vince is experienced in all areas. During his years employed in Atlantic City his vision was a "one call does it all" concept for the elite gambler. Why call your four different hosts at four different properties when you can make one call to a Player Development Executive who knows you and the kind of player you are and can handle all of your gaming needs. Marilyn Matthews
Marilyn Matthews (formerly Marilyn Sullo) has been a dedicated professional in the casino industry since 1986. After studying marketing and business in college, she began her career in Casino Marketing as an Assistant to the Vice President. Following 11 years in that role, Marilyn transitioned to a Player Development Executive position at an Atlantic City casino, where she was quickly promoted to Executive Host.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Marilyn now proudly calls Gaimari Gaming Group home. She is known for her industry expertise, strong guest relationships, and commitment to exceptional service. Outside of work, Marilyn enjoys traveling, spending time with her children, Emily and Christopher, and can often be found at the Texas Hold’em poker tables.
Steve Capozzi
Steve brings over 35 years of casino industry experience, having held managerial roles in Casino Marketing, Finance, and Casino Credit. His diverse background and extensive knowledge allow him to deliver a high level of personalized service to every guest.

Linda Mackin
Donna Ohlson
Linda is a longtime local and a highly experienced casino professional with deep roots in the industry. She began her career working alongside Vince during the Showboat days and later joined Gaimari Gaming Group in 2010. After gaining additional experience across other casinos, she returned to the team in 2022.
Many of our guests and partners have had the pleasure of speaking with Linda over the phone or connecting with her in person over the years. Known for her extensive industry knowledge and welcoming personality, Linda continues to be a valued asset to the Gaimari Gaming Group team.
A Day One employee of Gaimari Gaming Group, Donna brings over 30 years of administrative and casino industry experience to the team. She began her career in 1987 at the Showboat, where she spent 17 years building a strong foundation across multiple departments.
Donna’s extensive background spans Hotel Operations, Casino Marketing, Player Development, as well as Slot and Table Games Management. Her depth of experience, attention to detail, and organizational expertise play a vital role in ensuring the group operates smoothly and efficiently.
